As first time homebuyers, the thought of buying property can be extremely stressful and overwhelming. Luckily, we had the honor of having Crystal Brady as our realtor. She is extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of real estate. She had an expansive knowledge of home appliances and pointed out good and bad things about the homes we saw, gave us valuable information on buying home warranties, was always professional and friendly, never pressured us to make an offer or made us feel uncomfortable like other realtors, always answered all of our calls/texts and maybe ridiculous questions (first time home buyer questions), and went above and beyond working with the sellers agents, sellers, property management companies, HOA’s, inspection companies and the list goes on. Crystal was so thorough in every way and we are so happy she got us into our dream home in such a difficult market. You can tell she truly loves and takes pride in her career and that’s what separates her from other realtors, along with the fact that she listens and cares about her clients! We will choose Crystal for as long as we live in the Tampa area, if you don’t you’re truly missing out!

If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. My husband and I just simply could not have made our townhome purchase without Crystal. She been incredibly helpful throughout our journey of purchasing our first home. She listened to what we were looking for and delivered! Even during a global pandemic, Cyrstal made the entire process seem so seamless. The thing I appreciated the most was that she didn't just try to sell something. She would offer her advice and opinion to make sure we were getting the best of everything. She would communicate when something didn't feel right. She is very knowledgeable, trustworthy, and very responsive. Buying a home can be extremely stressful, however, Crystal made the process super smooth. She advocated when needed and was honest from the very beginning, which I could not appreciate more. Crystal truly helped us to navigate the entire process and make us feel at ease. I thought purchasing a home would be more stressful, however, I know it was because of Crystal making things go so smooth. If there was ever anything we didn't understand, she made sure to explain whatever it was to make us feel comfortable. She is also incredibly responsive. Always answered every text, call, or email. She was with us every step of the way, beyond just the purchase of the home. Crystal went above and beyond what we could ever have expected/ imagined. I truly feel we gained a lifelong friend throughout this process. Look no further!! I promise you will not be disappointed!

Crystal is amazing for first time homeowners. She explained - in detail- about every step of the process. Helped us on ways to save money and knew exactly what some things in the house would cost. She also isn't afraid to tell you what she really thinks- like when my husband and I would get too ambituous with our DIY home projects. Always responded right away- didnt matter if it was early morning or late at night. Super friendly and easy to talk to. I would 100000% reccomend her to anyone.
